We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

iBuyThem is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any sales and purchases you make are directly with iBuyThem. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and iBuyThem, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities related to your purchases.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL iBuyThem, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iBuyThem, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, and employees from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your access to and use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. You and iBuyThem consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Paris, France.

The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update or change any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
