We aim to deliver all orders within our typical delivery window of 7-15 business days. However, under EU law, the maximum delivery time can be up to 30 calendar days from the date of your order. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

This means your order may ship directly from our international warehouses—most commonly from Asia—or from our partners in Europe or the United States. If you order multiple items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Because we work with a network of different suppliers, we cannot combine orders into a single shipment. Each product will be shipped separately and directly from its respective supplier to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 calendar days from the date we receive your return request. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
