This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, withdrawals, and refunds are handled for purchases made on iBuyThem.com.

1. Your 14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day period. The easiest way is to submit a request via our Returns Center.

Condition of returned goods: You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in good condition and must not show signs of excessive use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Where applicable, items should be returned with any included accessories and documentation.

Proof of purchase: Please include your order number or proof of purchase to help us process your request efficiently.

2. How to Start a Return

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please use our Returns Center. Please do not send items back without submitting a return request first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Address & Return Shipping Costs

Return address: The return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Because iBuyThem fulfills orders through logistics and fulfillment partners, the return address may vary depending on the product and origin. All returns are managed and approved by iBuyThem, and you will always receive clear return instructions before sending any item back.

Return shipping costs:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: If the return is due to our error (for example, the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect), we will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs, as applicable, after reviewing the case.

Return shipping responsibility: Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when returning an item due to a change of mind or when exercising a voluntary return right. Return shipping costs will only be covered by iBuyThem if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Damages, Issues, and Faulty Products

EU 2-year legal guarantee (legal guarantee of conformity): Products sold on our website benefit from the legal guarantee provided under applicable EU consumer laws. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not function properly, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation and legal requirements.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible via our Returns Center. To help us assess the issue and work with our partners, we may request clear photo(s) or a short video showing the problem.

5. Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for return when legally exempt from the right of withdrawal, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., certain personal care/hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
  • Gift cards

Sale items: Sale or promotional items are subject to the same 14-day right of withdrawal as regular items, unless they fall under a legally defined exception listed above.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for your current item (if eligible). Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the item you want.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item (or once we receive evidence of shipment, where applicable), we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by applicable law.

If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. For withdrawals under the EU right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
