1. Your 14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return any item for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your merchandise. You don't need to provide a reason.

To be eligible for a return under this right, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. 14-Day Policy & How to Start a Return

14-day return policy. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center page. This is the fastest way to get started. Please do not send items back to us without first completing a return request through the portal, as items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Address & Costs:
Our return address will be provided upon approval of the return request. However, as a dropshipping business, the return address may vary depending on the supplier and its origin. Specific return instructions and addresses will be provided upon approval of your return request. We do not recommend returning products to our overseas suppliers due to high shipping costs and long transit times.

For all returns initiated under the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

3. Damages, Issues, and Faulty Products

The EU 2-Year Legal Guarantee: All products sold on our website come with a legal guarantee of at least two years from the date of delivery. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't work as advertised within this period, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To report an issue with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our Returns Center page. To help us work with our suppliers on your behalf, we require clear photo(s) or a video showing the defect or damage. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work diligently with you to find a satisfactory solution. 

4. Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for returns due to their nature:

  • Perishable goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products: Including special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods: Such as beauty products and opened hygiene products.
  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale or promotion.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.

5. Exchanges

The quickest and most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to initiate a return for your current item. Once your return is approved and processed, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Please be aware that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
