These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on iBuythem.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our policies available on the website (including the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy).

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on iBuythem.com, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Your purchase is governed by these Terms and by our policies published on the website.

2. Our Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, product information (including availability) may change. In the event of an error affecting your order (for example, incorrect price or availability), we will inform you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and refund.

Product images are for illustration purposes; colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and settings.

3. Business Model & Fulfillment

iBuythem.com is operated by iBuyThem (Mohammad Farzaam Hakeem). Orders are fulfilled through carefully selected logistics and fulfillment partners. Depending on the product, availability, and destination, items may be shipped from locations within or outside the European Union.

iBuyThem remains your contractual seller and is responsible for customer service and order management in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Currency: Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR).

Taxes: Where applicable, taxes are displayed at checkout. If VAT is not applicable under the French VAT exemption scheme (Franchise en base de TVA – Article 293 B du CGI), this will be reflected on your invoice/receipt as applicable.

Shipping costs: Any shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment. If free shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout.

Payment methods: Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options depending on your location. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure and/or the payment providers displayed at checkout.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation (dispatch confirmation) email, or when the order is otherwise confirmed as dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons (for example, payment failure, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations). If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid, as applicable.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery conditions (including processing times and estimated delivery times) are described in our Shipping Policy available on the website.

Delivery dates and times shown on the website are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been agreed. Delays may occur due to events outside our reasonable control (for example, carrier disruptions or customs processing). Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Risk of loss (consumers): For consumer purchases, risk of loss remains with iBuyThem until the goods are delivered to you (or to a person designated by you), in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Returns, Withdrawals, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on the website. For EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies except where a legal exception applies (for example, certain personalized goods or sealed hygiene items once unsealed).

How to start a return: Please submit a request via our Returns Center (available on our website). We will provide return instructions and the return address after approval of your request.

Condition of returned goods: You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Items must be returned in good condition without excessive use beyond normal inspection.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return an item and place a new order.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Bank processing times may vary.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ibuythem.com. If the order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, including the EU right of withdrawal where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBuyThem shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of products.

Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on iBuythem.com, including text, logos, images, and software, is owned by iBuyThem or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse content without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your information may be processed for order fulfillment and customer service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. Changes take effect upon posting. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice for material changes.
