  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. You will never be charged for standard delivery or processing fees, as we cover the full cost of getting your items to you.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Return Policy: Your satisfaction is important to us. Our detailed Return Policy governs all returns and refunds, including your 14-day European Union cooling-off period.
  • Eligibility: Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iBuythem.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS IN QUESTION.
