At iBuyThem, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience. This policy explains our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs, so you are well-informed about your order's journey. We ship within France and to many international destinations.


1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Processing Time: All orders are processed within a maximum of 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. This allows us to coordinate with our suppliers and get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Potential Delays: We partner with a global network of suppliers and shipping carriers. While we strive for fast delivery, some shipments may experience unforeseen delays due to high order volume, customs processing, or international logistics. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays to you promptly.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

As a dropshipping business, your products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. We've optimized our process to offer a great balance of speed and cost.

Estimated Delivery: We aim to deliver all products from our EU-based suppliers within 7-15 business days. However, under EU law, the maximum delivery time is 30 days from the date of your order unless we have agreed on a different date. If your order is not delivered within this 30-day timeframe, you have the right to cancel and get a full refund.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. You will never be charged for standard delivery or processing fees, as we cover the full cost of getting your items to you.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship to a wide range of international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.

4. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking information typically becomes active within 24-48 hours. You can easily track your order's progress by clicking the link in the email or by visiting our dedicated Track Your Order page.

5. Order Status and Support

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office immediately. We require an official non-delivery certification from the post office to open a claim with our suppliers and issue a refund or reshipment.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@ibuythem.com. To help us investigate promptly, please include your full name and order number in your email. We are here to assist you and will investigate the status of your shipment.

6. Damages and Issues

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ibuythem.com. As the seller, we are responsible for any damage that occurs during transport. To expedite the resolution process, please include your order number and clear photo(s) of the damaged item's condition and the packaging. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work diligently with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
