iBuyThem works with carefully selected logistics and fulfillment partners. Depending on the product, availability, and destination, orders may be shipped from locations within or outside the European Union.

Regardless of the shipping origin, iBuyThem remains the seller of record and is responsible for order fulfillment, delivery coordination, customer communication, and after-sales support.

All orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are included. No additional charges are required at delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order

7. Delivery Issues & Support

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package: Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us so we can investigate. We may request additional information or confirmation from the carrier to process a claim and resolve the matter.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time: Please contact us at info@ibuythem.com and include your full name and order number. We will investigate the shipment status and assist you.
